For most realtors, the sale is all that matters.
But I'm not like most realtors. I believe in doing things differently. For me, client experience trumps all, and my team and I dedicate our focus to it, often going above and beyond to ensure that our clients receive a next level experience from start to finish. Hence the name of our real estate group, Level Up.
This commitment to care stems from my upbringing. Growing up in the foster care system, I bounced from one home to another and rarely felt fully seen, wanted or nurtured. Through it all, I remained determined to create the life I dreamed of: one full of love, support and a home and family of my own.
Through hard work and determination, I've succeeded in my goal. I'm a husband and a father -- my family is my proudest accomplishment and the reason I get up in the morning -- but my notion of family extends much further than the four corners of my home. The Level Up team is my family, and our clients are treated like family too.
We believe that to help a client buy or sell a home is to empower them to move forward in life -- to follow through with a dream, overcome a challenge, start a family or something else completely unique to their own journey.
All said and done, the sale means so much more than the numbers on the page or systems and tools leveraged. For my team, true success is measured not only in dollars, but by showing up and answering the question: how did I Level Up on life today?
